Privacy notice

This notice explains what data we keep about you, what for, and how to ask us to delete it. It applies to Aruma Lodge and to bookings made through this site.
What we collect
When you book we ask for your first and last name, email and phone number. If you pay by bank transfer, we also store the receipt you upload. If you pay by card, Mercado Pago handles the card details directly: we never see or store them.
What we use it for
Only to manage your booking: confirming it, arranging check-in, issuing your receipt, and contacting you if something comes up during your stay. We don't use it for advertising and we don't send newsletters.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the services we need for the booking to work: Mercado Pago (payment processing), Supabase (database and receipt storage) and Google Calendar (occupancy schedule). We don't sell or hand data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept as long as we need it to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Transfer receipts are stored in a private space that isn't publicly accessible.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to arumalodge.iguazu@gmail.com. We reply within 10 calendar days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is browsed (page views, where visitors come from). This is aggregate data and doesn't identify you personally. You can block it from your browser settings.
